"What an adorable and charming venue for a small gathering. The AC kept up great with the heat and there is a small park for children to play in on the same property right next to the building. Lots of windows and natural lighting was beautiful."

"This is a very nice building with a large, old south style porch complete with rocking chairs. The kitchen is barely big enough for preparing for small groups. This is the local all-purpose building; voting place, town council meeting hall, birthday party place, political meeting place, etc.."
