"Had a great first experience with Potbelly prior to my flight out of TPA this afternoon. Ordered a chicken club sandwich with chips. I was a little disappointed that the fountain machine wasn't working, but my sandwich was excellent, and a very fair price at $10-11 (by airport standards). They seemed short-staffed with only 2 employees behind the counter, but they were cheerful and very efficient."

"I’m not one to complain via google reviews, but steer clear of wasting your money here. The staff was clueless and did not understand English in regards to their own menu items. We ordered a BLTA sandwich which was served to burnt, with only bacon & very few pieces of avocado…the sandwich was $11, we did not even go back and tell them because they were so clueless. Their soft drinks were not available."

"You're in the airport and hungry. Potbelly has the sandwiches for you. When I was last there in September 2023, service was quick, and sandwich was made correctly. I had the steak, no aioli, with hot peppers. Even got the sugar cookie to go with it. Tasty and wasn't hungry on my flight. Will go again."

"After being MOGGED on the beach by my big bro in Puerto Rico, it's time I get back on the salads. He's like 6'2, all shoulders, and MAYBE 5% body fat. I went with a apple walnut salad that was pretty uninspired, with the soggy chicken being fresh out of a Costco-like pre-cooked packet. But hey, it's the airport what can I expect, and to be fair it did get the job done. I went light on the dressing, y'all see me workin."

"The best regional sandwich shop! Oven baked sandwiches with the best giardiniera/hot pepper salad, amazing milk shakes, and the best sugar cookies on earth (crispy edges, gooey centers). The service here is very friendly and quick."
