"Beautiful and well maintained park! The trails are labeled clearly, most are paved for bike riding. We went to alligator pier and saw one sun bathing."
"Great place to learn and enjoy the outdoors, plus you can rent the venue for weddings and such. However, it is in the camp grounds and may cost you to enter at gate."
"A great little nature center with snakes, turtles, raptors, and baby alligators! Some very cool skulls, antlers, and furs, too. We even saw a juvenile alligator in the pond near the center. We paid $2 park day pass and that’s it! We will be back!"
"Loved the nature center with displays of the many varied wildlife that live within the park. Many are live displays and all are beautifully arranged and interesting. The naturalists that work there are very knowledgable and can answer all your questions. Be sure to pick up a schedule of all the planned activities, walks and talks. We were there when they fed the large birds underneath the building. Interesting! Can't wait to go back!"
"We spent 2 1/2 hours in the park. First looking at the very interesting Nature Center then walking the new boardwalk and path that surrounds Middle Lake. A really great afternoon. We will highly recommend to locals and visitors."
