"The most absolutely worst service I've ever had at Starbucks. I sat there for 10 minutes waiting for a hot coffee this morning while four other people walked in behind me without a pre-order and we served their product as I sat there and waited. Someone goes has anybody got this gentleman his coffee and they're like I don't know The worst service ever from Starbucks. I don't know who runs the store, but they are completely pathetic. I will not go there again. I will make the extra distance to the one that's out of my way that I know will get the order right and get it to me within a minute or two. It's simple, hot coffee. Apparently they can't figure it out."

"Sweet experience. The guy that took my order was really cool and friendly. Later, as I was working on a project outside, outside was just so so nice, I ended up spilling my coffee. After my confession, and request for compensation of my spilled coffee the guy that originally took my order was gracious enough to give me more coffee and clean up my mess with equal coolness."
