Starbucks 145 Village Commons Drive, St. Augustine, FL 32092

"Took me 14 min to get thru drive thru line with 5 cars in front and to make it worse staff was unfriendly at window (a woman). Drink tasted like cream water so had to park and go back in. Told someone and they said ok they would remake it that their cold brew just ran out and that’s why. Stood there another 7-8 min while they continued to make drinks for others. Had to ask to speak to a manager just to get my drink and he was friendly and made it. Felt like I was at an airport Starbucks which we all know are the worst."

"Drinks are good here when they're not stolen. 3 times my drink was missing by the time I arrived. Supposedly the children coming in from across the schools are stealing drinks. I order my drinks to customize them and get them ready in advance and I come to pick them up. What is the point of ordering in advance if they're not there. Looks like there are no checks in place to make sure customer drinks will be ready and not stolen. Smh. Just wanted to let others know. I'm probably not the only one this happened to."

"The dining room and drive through were relatively slow during my visit and 4 individuals were working. I was disappointed in how dirty the restaurant was. Many Tables and chairs needed wiping down, and when I picked up my items I could see that the counters were food and drink prep were happening were filthy. I would give a second chance but if messy again, I’d prefer to go elsewhere."

"We stopped here on our way from Florida to Charlotte. It’s about a couple of miles from the exit. Brand new development, plenty of parking, huge Starbucks, one men and women bathroom. Was clean, washbasin was not clean. Food and service was good. Very energetic and young staffs. We enjoyed it. When asked for less ice, the barista showed some attitude but maybe she had a bad day. We saw the world golf village with hall of fame stuff. It was interesting. Costco and buc-ee’s are right on this exit too."

"I ordered a cheese danish pastry today and this is what I got… two plain pieces of bread and some type of cheese in between. I’m sorry, but what in the world is this? Is this some type of joke??? In fact, this item that they put in my bag isn’t even offered anywhere on the menu, so what is this then???!!!! I’ve never had anything like this happen to me before at Starbucks EVER. This is the worst location so far that I’ve ever been to… If you ran out of things at your location, why can’t you just let your customer know that?! And instead of putting a joke and a made up item in your customers order, maybe at least offer something else that you do have in stock? Save yourself some time and go to a different location."
