"Would get 5 stars unfortunately the manager stood at the door sizing everyone up as they came in, and then proceeded to follow me around the store like I was some criminal. It was very rude and disrespectful. Customer service needs work or there may not be any customers left"

"I was at this Family Dollar on November 1, 2023 at 8:45pm; and the door was locked. The black lady, from inside the store, looked up at me and then went back to counting the cash in the register. I hope that a district manager or someone that is interested in store profitability sees my review/complaint/concern, and corrects this matter. Other potential customers left after they observed that the store had closed early. This store is also notorious for having unattended stocking cars in the aisles creating a safety hazard. I believe someone in corporate needs to pay some attention to this store. I would have rated this store with no stars had that been an option."

"Worst, mismanaged and understaffed Family Dollar store I've ever seen! Aisles always blocked by dollies that never seem to be unloaded for stocking, and long lines thanks to only one employee at one register too many times. Not to mention a cash poor store that on some days only accepts bank cards or exact change. Seems lately every visit here is like enduring a root canal. Upper management seriously needs to either improve the conditions here or shut the place down, it obviously isn't a top shelf performer for the chain and only serves to give the brand a bad name."

"Family Dollar is my go-to place if I can't find what I need at Walmart or Kmart. They have been the nicest people to deal with if I've had an issue with something I bought and returned it and always compliant and helpful. Also their products are amazing; they may not be the Ritz but they sure come in handy when I'm on a budget OR need to get something quick. THANK YOU DOLLAR GENERAL SCORE: 10"

"Google says family dollar opens at 7am. Got there at 7am and the doors were locked. Cashier wearing a yellow, black and green beanie on her hair just looked at me and ignored me while she was counting cash. I was patient and gave her time to count the register before opening the doors and when she finished, she didn't even communicate to me or anything. I knocked on the door to ask what time family dollar opens and she "shooed" me off with her hand. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I wish I got her name so I could have her fired. I worked retail before and I was always respectful to customers!"
