"Prices are ridiculously high for 100% donated items. You can buy new for what they price their items. We had a family friend badly in need clothing. Upon speaking with an employee, they do not assist the public in any way. I guess that's why the Goodwill big wigs make hundreds of thousands of dollars a year on 100% donations. Haven't shopped there for years due to way over pricing & they just reminded me that I will continue to not shop there. Go to Salvation Army!! They do a lot of giving to individuals & within the community. Just got response from Goodwill (owner). Nice cut & paste response. However. You mentioned nothing about the issue of I wrote of. No help for an individual in need! So again, nice cut & paste response!!"
"Located in Middleburg. Decent prices on large items. Color-grouped clothes and housewares. Easy to donate at covered drive-thru. Parking is oh so tight though. Watch out for all the stray cats that some "brilliant" person feeds there."
