Dollar Tree

"Very poor service here… No one barely spoke english. I had a horrible experience here… There were two lines that seemed to be open. And as I got closer to the front, I was told by the cashier that she was closed. I asked her, how I was supposed to know if she was closed or open due to both service lights being off. She said I was right. I then asked her if she could service me still and she refused. I have worked in the customer service industry for 20 years. Due to the fact it was a mistake on their behalf, I should have been serviced. I will never go back to this dollar tree and spend any money because I don’t want to be mistreated. Sometimes living in miami, I am appalled by the service in some Latin areas. It is very displeasing. This horrible experience happened on 11/11/23 around 12:50pm."

"The worst dollar tree. Lines are always extremely long with only one person working on register most of the time. The employees there are very rude. They never greet you. When you ask for help on sales floor they always have an attitude as if you’re bothering them."

"All personal that works at this store are just amazing people. They are most Latinos and despite of the language barrier they work hard to please everyone that comes in for a bargain on this harsh times . I'll be returning to this dollar tree! Thanks"
