"Luis Venturo is the worst, DO NOT BUY WITH HIM OR HERE. We've had the worst experience purchasing our appliances here. After two weeks where they promised to deliver, they sent us a notification the day before saying our dryer was not going to be delivered and they didn't knew when the product was going to be available. We went physically to the store to request a cancellation because they didn't knew when were they able to deliver. They said it was available at the time and they schedule at the moment to deliver at the end of the week, again the day before they canceled. A couple of days later they contacted us a third time saying they were going to delivered the dryer in working hours on a weekday, we requested the day off at work to be able to receive the appliance and the order the employee had was to PICK UP a dryer, NOT to DELIVER a dryer. Reasonably upset, I called by vendor to request help and he told me he was in a museum, he will take my call tomorrow, and when I said I was going to cancel, he hung up my call. Do not buy with them, a true nightmare."

"Attention! Read your receipt before leaving the store! Look at my receipt!!!!! I bought these Airpods on Sunday and tried to return/exchange them on Wednesday, and they said Apple Products are non-returnable. What??? So I said that to a manager and she said: “That’s business.”… I said no. This is bad faith. This was disgusting. Unfair policy and terrible customer service and managers. That’s the kind of store that will not last for much more. Zero-day return policy for AirPods! Really! They said that is “Apple Policy.” come on!!! I’ll never buy at this store again! Unfair and liars. I’ll spread with all my contacts to not go to this store. It's not worth it."

"Quick and easy shopping experience at the store. Completely different than online purchases. I am a real estate broker and we purchase a lot of appliances for the properties we manage. Every single time we purchase online there is a different hassle. However purchasing in the store is an easy one. The inconvenience of going to the store is nothing compares to the delays and other issues of purchasing online in this store. They have great deals so I will definitely continue shopping there but not online. I rather spend time driving than frustrated on the phone trying to fix whatever mess they did to my online order."

"We ordered a dishwasher on line. So easy. We went to pick it up and Mia was so helpful. We had a little snafu and she was able to sort it out quickly. She was great!!!! Also, Jean, the guy who put it in my car was super polite. Very pleasant experience."
