"Waited 15 mins in line. I felt bad for the cashier. The line went through the beauty aisle and wrapped around into the backside to the birthday bag aisle. The line was long even when I walked in. I was in the store for over 45 mins. I understand you have only 3 workers but I'm pretty sure someone could have help the poor kid out with backup which he did call. Then as I was leaving they finally opened another register."
"The store only had one cashier working with a line of approximately 15 people. With employees in other aisles talking amongst each other and not opening another register. When I asked one of the employees to open another register she stated that I should go to the only cashier and have her call for assistance. When we asked to speak with the manager, we were told that he was in his office. After further insisting he finally came out. His name is Rene and he is incompetent. Stated he doesn’t look at the camera to see if additional cashiers are needed. Apparently, that’s not his job, probably his job is spending time on his cell phone in social media. He should not be a manager, has zero management skills. Sadly, it’s the lack of skills that makes the consumer not want to shop there. Please get English speaking competent people to work at your store."
