"Had a sales person helping me who got called away to another customer. After 20 minutes I went in search of him. He apologized that they were understaffed for the sale. (It was busy at the store.) Carol took over and was very professional and courteous. I had already selected the dining set so was an easy sell but she attended to every detail. She also took the time to combine a previous purchase two days earlier that was accidentally put under my husbands name to today’s sale. I have not yet received the order so I am unable to review the furniture pieces at this time. Overall it was a good experience."
