"This was the most organized goodwill I've ever been to. The clothes were color coordinated and properly separated by adults and juniors. I was impressed. The staff was friendly and smiling. Thanks for the lovely experience."

"They need to train their staff, I wanted to use my points on a $65.90 transaction and the kid behind the counter didn't know how to do it. He called the manager up front who never showed up and he also somehow managed to cancel the transaction twice in the process and have to ring everything up multiple times. I just told him to forget it and I walked out. I shop there weekly and will continue to do so, but I hope in the future the staff are adequately trained to run a cash register."

"They have an extensive layout. Things were all in order, and the store was neat. Parking is good. Specific tag colors get discounts. So check the color for the day while going in—discounts on the following days. Tuesday(educator) Wednesday(senior) Thursday(military) The store is stocked with merchandise throughout. You can get a good bargain for everything from clothes, shoes, kitchen tools, and books to furniture. Sometimes, I find undervalued items, and if I find them outside, their value is 3x-4x compared to Goodwill’s. Starting over after the hurricane took everything from me was pretty easy, although it took a couple of weeks. I came here two times a week. Rose. The store manager is a master at diffusing tense situations and making it seem like you care as a customer. You could always find an employee walking around. He’s as tall as a giraffe, and he’s very eager to help you. (Everything pictures bought at this goodwill)"

"When first you go in to this store it seems to be very clean and organized but we encounter a few areas where there were a total chaos. It is a safety hazard. One of the aisle has almost all items spread on the floor. I imagine that someone was working on that aisle but there was noone there and even thought they have a working cart at one of the end of the aisle the other end was completely opened. We walked right into it and I told my husband to stop and turn around before he gets hurt. Later on there was more items on the floor by the clothing area. Because of the safety hazard I gave the store 2 stars. The young man at the cash register was very sweet. So, because of him I give a 5 stars in customer service. They have an area where anybody can sit down to read. I find this very helpful since sometimes people go to the store with children or even a person that is tired of walking can sit down and read a book while everyone else is shopping. I give a 5 stars for that idea. Well done. The items at this store seem to be more worn than the ones on the other Goodwill stores near by. But I noticed that the ceiling were color black and gives a dark vibe to she store. kind of like when you are at a restaurant instead of at a department store. So, I'm not sure if the items really were more worn or between the dark vibe of the store and the mess, it gave me the impression of being more worn. Either way I didn't felt like I wanted to approach to anything in the store but the items at the book area. And I'm not trying to be picky. I know the whole idea of a Goodwill is to help people less fortunate. I'm just giving as much information I can after visiting 3 Goodwill stores in the same area to save you a trip if you are interested in items that looks newer for some reason this probably is not the place."

"Very clean thrift store. All the employees were super nice. Of course the selection varies daily. Wide assortment of goods. There were even brand new items. Reasonable prices. Good location."
