He greeted me with a smile and helped me with a return I needed to make I just moved to the area and to see someone in a retail environment who is friendly and actually wants to help is rare and much appreciated. He explained the policy of returns and exchanges and took the time to do so but also made me feel heard when I explained my confusion. Sometimes a small act of kindness can go farther than you think. Except for the T-shirt section that somebody went through and pretty much destroyed. Love the variety of low priced items. Always makes my daughter happy shopping here."

"Ohhhh five and below has stepped up their game a bit. My best deal was two shelving units at $5 each. I put them together to make one unit to hold towels. They also had nice coffee table books, exercise books and equipment, and other stuff. Some of my items were less than $5! They also have self checkout so no long lines. I had an enjoyable experience in the store."
