Burger King 3800 4th Street North, St. Petersburg, FL 33703

"I have been to this Burger King several times and haven't had any problems. But, my last few visits have left something to be desired. I ordered. through the app and let them know in the drive thru. When I got to the window, I could see that there was someone, on a ladder, cleaning the ledge over the food. I asked about it since I ordered hash browns and they are stored under where the woman was cleaning. The person handing out the food said they were covered. I was icked out. Took my order, but didn't eat it. Yesterday, I ordered through the app. But, when I got to the drive thru, they said they were behind and it would be 10 minutes before they would be open. This was at 7:30 am. They are supposed to be open at 7. I will not be going back to this store."

"There was a new manager Dawn running things she seems very nice. She got things done well and the staff seemed to respond to her instructions with respect without her being over bearing. It was smooth and pleasant."

"Ordered through Uber Eats. I ordered the mushroom swiss melt, havsies (fries/onion rings), 8 piece cheesy tots and cheese sticks. The mushroom swiss was small af, it was barely warm, hardly any mushrooms and the cheese was not melted. I only received 4 cheesy tots instead of 8. The onion rings were cold. The cheese sticks were hard. They seemed 50% breading and 50% cheese. Way too much breading. Probably frozen so I probably shouldn't expect much. Haven't eaten BK in years, but I wanted to try the mushroom swiss melt...should have known better!"
