"Plenty of parking, friendly staff, and plenty of rooms available. Single item breakfast with juice machine and coffee offered from 6 a m. Til 9 a m.They are updating rooms and painting around the property. Have been staying here for two weeks or more and there's vending machines and ice machine. Also washer and dryer on site but you buy coins from the office. Regular size pool and kiddie pool with disability accessibility. Card only property except to buy laundry coins. Purchase 2 coins to wash and dry a load of clothes. Make sure to use Google translate for room service as their housekeepers speak Spanish but are very friendly and take care of the guest that stay over."

"Rooms are not what's advertised. Roaches in room. Tub was painted over to hide old tub. No coffee in room as stated on website. No blankets on beds. Only 2 small square pillows on beds. Coffee and breakfast items in lobby only in tha a.m. Breakfast items where granola / breakfast bars. Will not be using this hotel chain in the future. Supposedly run by Wyndam Resorts."

"This place should be shut down by the Florida health department! I booked for 3 nights and the first room had bed bugs and German cockroaches throughout the room! Went to the front desk and the representative issued me another room with no problems. Went to the new room and there was a strong cigarette smell and also German cockroaches throughout the room. Went to the front desk again with pictures and he was kind enough to make 4 room cards and walk with me to each room to see if any would be suitable each room had either cigarette smoke or weed smoke and all the rooms had German cockroaches! On the beds as well! Afterwards I wanted a refund he said it would be no issue and to come back the following day to speak to a manager as he couldn’t refund?! So I called the next day and a lady at the front desk said she couldn’t do a refund either and the manager would be there at 11am in the middle of the conversation she put the phone down without saying anything and proceeded to help costumers. I hang up finally and personally go to the location and speak with her directly she was rude and told me the manager is now not coming in and won’t be there today and the only way to contact her would be through email . I still have no response and no refund regarding this matter. This is a nasty motel and should not be in business!"

"since PK was hired for front desk and the general manager Heather started managing this hotel things have been a lot better.i know the nights that PK works and I need anything it's going to be taken care of without making me wait or ask more than one time. The general manager Miss Heather has gone above and beyond to accommodate me and my family for the last 9 months at a couple different hotels she manages. If your respectful to the two people I've mentioned in this review you will have a great experience at this location. -------Kyle m"

"Now I understand the significance of their motto 'keep the light on' – it's so you can see the cockroaches everywhere in the room. I regret to share a disappointing experience during my recent stay at this establishment. Upon arrival, I discovered a significant cockroach infestation in my assigned room. Despite relocating to another room, the issue persisted. The front desk assured me there was no cockroach problem, but unfortunately, this was not the case. The remote controls consistently malfunctioned, and the television quality was subpar. These issues, coupled with the persistent cockroach problem, created an overall unsanitary and uncomfortable environment for guests. I plan to address these concerns with the front desk tomorrow. It's disheartening to experience such issues and to feel misled about the conditions of the hotel. I believe urgent action is needed to address these conditions, including a thorough cleaning and sanitation process to ensure the well-being of all guests. I sincerely hope this review prompts necessary improvements, and that the establishment can rectify these issues promptly."
