"They filled my cup all the way to the top with ice. I couldn't believe it. I got about five or six ships"

"It could be a decent place to hangout, however, the service was horrible!!! The employees weren't energetic, and I felt like they were forcing themselves to work. They were not smiling, and the cashier seemed like she had just woken up and didn't have the energy to get our orders. The barista who prepared our drinks didn't make it right the way other Starbucks made it. The employees need to retraining how to do their job properly and how to smile and be energetic."

"Always have issues at this store. Staff isn’t friendly if there’s any problems. Most recently served me a cold brew that was room temp. I get the same drink every time and it’s served cold. They made me seem like I didn’t know what I was talking about. If you’re paying $5 for a drink it should be right. Starbucks on 70 and I75 is the best one around. I’ll just stick to that one."

"I wish this was one of those stand-=out Starbucks, but it's not. I have gone there over a dozen times and I am not impressed. The service reminds me of elementary school students on a field trip. They are nice and happy but not very motivated. My coffee never tastes the way it does at other Starbucks, the line can sometimes be longer than the drive thru and causes all kinds of traffic issues. Inside they always look like they have something else to do besides help a customer. But let me stress they are very friendly they just don't seem to care much that you came for coffee and would like it while it was still hot or that a Blended coffee generally doesn't separate before even handing it to the customer."
