Dunkin'

"I have been going to this location for the last year or so , however it was couple months I haven’t gone. I decided to go this morning 12-8-23. I placed my order , went up to the drive thru . I let the cashier know I have a coupon via Dunkin app. Someone the app were not working . They manager said who is always rude says to me h won’t honor the offer because it was ice not hot. I said that’s fine . I want a small ice coffee then. One of the staff member pour the large coffe into a small cup. I was so shock of the health hazard of this. I got my stuff and was still in drive thru putting my stuff away and they were so nasty to me ask me why I was still there . Never in my life I felt so embarrassed, spoken down to. The unpleasantness and unprofessionalism is uncalled for. I will take further actions on this because I felt discriminated, the service was unacceptable and this is not the first time they have done this however , it had gone too far this time. DO NOT GO TO THAT LOCATION ."

"Came through the drive-thru for my coffee and free donut ( it's Wednesday) and I ordered ahead. The guy at the window gave me an attitude about giving me the donut. Told me to go away I'm running up the drive-thru time.. So rude I'll never go back."

"Worst Dunkin Donuts to go to period. Avoid this spot unless you like 1. stale donuts, 2. old coffee 3. staff that treat the customers rude 4. staff that won't answer the phone 5. staff that refuses to make coffee for customers during business hours 6. Staff that couldn't care less about the customer."

"This DUNKIN is so hit and miss . I stop here almost every day on the way to work because it’s the only one on my direct route and the last few times my order has been made really poorly . Today I ordered a black coffee and it looks like iced tea . It’s undrinkable , it’s not coffee ... I didn’t want coffee flavored water . That being said - everyone I dealt with is friendly here ."
