"We arrived, host stated 10 minutes to be seated. We waited for an hour before we were seated. We put in our order about 10 minutes after seating. And it proceeded to take us another hour for our food. We watched as others ate and left around us. Our waitress never came to refill our drinks in that hour. Would not recommend."
"We had a wonderful time! The staff made my son’s birthday very deliciously delightful. We can’t wait to go back!"
"The food is good here, very big portions & decently priced. The music is a vibe as well haha. Delicious margaritas & awesome service :)"
"We drove to El Cerrito in New Port Richey and it was worth the drive. From the moment we walked in service was excellent and very friendly. And tortilla chips were the perfect crispiness and texture, accompanied by yummy salsa which is true the true litmus test of any good Mexican restaurant. I'm glad they passed with flying colors. They have a huge menu selection. For my entrée, I was was trying to decide between two shrimp dishes, and I love the one that our server recommended. Lots of good veggies and shrimp which made for perfect taco filling. And the tortillas came out warm and fresh. My husband''s lunch was grilled pineapple fajitas, and we love that they served it inside the hollowed out pineapple. Very flavorful, and the chicken was perfectly cooked. In fact, the chicken was so good he wished there was more of it. A good value as well so we will definitely stop in whenever we're in the area."
"Not a fan of this place. The menu states sangria is $4.99. It's not. It's actually 7.99. None of the prices on the drink menu are correct. They are actually a whopping $3 more! They wouldn't let me sample the red sangria to see if I like it. I will not be wasting $8 on a drink I don't like because you're too cheap to let me take a sip of a sample. They also don't have mole. So if you're a mole sauce fan like myself, skip this place. I ordered to go and sat in the chair by the takeout area for 25 minutes before I stood up and asked where my food was. The guy says "oh". They totally forgot I had been sitting there and my food have been sitting out for God knows how long getting cold. Food tastes it like it was from a can and didn't have flavor. I ordered chicken enchiladas (see photo)and the "chicken" is mainly peppers and onions! So if you want some thing that's basically peppers and onions with a little bit of chicken, this is for you. I on the other hand don't like peppers and definitely did not expect to have mostly peppers and with the chicken. Yuck. I can't even eat it. What a waste of money. It's basically all peppers and onions and a little bit of chicken. Who does that?! I'll stick with San Miguel restaurant on er 54 for delicious, affordable Mexican food. This place is Gross and I won't come back."
