"Went in for a GrubHub pickup. Met a man behind the counter named D. He was not concerned about the order because they didn’t have it on the screen. Showed the order and verified the address for the pick up location as this store 3 times. Then D tells me that he was confirming the order and to make sure it was not three of the same items three times. Meanwhile mocking and making fun of me with another female associate with curly hair. Completely unprofessional and hope there is corrective action for these two associates. Upper management please review the film and take care of this for your businesses sake. Manager even stated to make the order and D still argued and was Pompous. Hope this helps others!!!"

"This is the worst run Dunkin in the entire county is not the entire country. Orders wrong 60% of the time. Didn't have the chance to get it wrong today as we walked in and were denied service because they are only doing on-line orders and drive thru. OLA down the road will now get our daily business x 2. If you are the owner of this franchise you need to be here to see the shiz show your employees are putting on. No need to wonder why your profits continue to go down. Bad employees, bad owners, bad management"

"Went in this morning as I do almost every morning. The tall, thin girl working the front counter seemed as if she was on drugs. She was all over the place and while I was watching her make my drink she was touching all over her face and wiping her mouth over and over and then touching my cup. I had to ask if another employee could remake my whole order. If I noticed how bad off she was in the 3 minutes I was there.. I don't understand how all of the other employees didn't notice. It's sad to see but also disgusting in a good place."

"Went through the drive thru ordered a frozen coffee the woman making the order was talking to a friend on the phone. we asked for it to be extra blended she said she did. It was not could not even pull it thru the straw and it was very strong bitter taste horrible took me 10 minutes to get turned around to take it back. Went inside and the store was horrible filthy trash overflowing dirty counter behind the counter were the food is prepared and on top of that the second drink was just as bad I thru it away once I got home. I have been drinking this for 10 years and never had one taste soo bad."

"Great drinks on an extremely hot day. Their frozen mocha coffee was perfect in resetting my temperature back to cool! Austin did a wonderful job in making our drinks and was patient as we looked over the menu and helping us decide what to purchase. We got a half dozen donuts. Just ate one as a snack. It was a chocolate frosted with sprinkles. I have always loved their variety of choices."
