"Went to the BalHarbor store as the sole of a relatively new pair of Ferragamo shoes I bought had detached. The quality of the shoes was not up to their reputation, but the service we received was even worst. Especially the manager called Constantino who was aggressive, loud and disrespectful. The shoes were finally fixed (not exchanged) after they asked me to pay Ferrragamo $75 to repair them. How is this a good answer to a quality problem of a super premium brand product? What I don’t understand is how they have employees with this lack of professionalism, nil service mentality, aloof personalities and demeaning behaviors toward customers."

"I am a big fan of Ferragamo, I have been shopping at Ferragamo stores every country or city/state I visit for more than 15 years. Two weeks ago I was very disappointed with this employee named BELISARIO ROJAS at Bal Harbor. There was an illustrator in the store that day and she drew me, I asked to put a gancini logo on the shoes (drawing) which would take one minute but this guy Belisario arrogantly said " she is busy with "my" customer your drawing is enough". He should learn respectful friendly customer service skills from John Mooney of Beverly Center and Juan Alvarado of Sawgrass Mills. How can he lead by bad example? He was unfair and discriminating. Again I am a regular Ferragamo shopper and do not deserve this treatment. There were better ways of making all his customers happy not just his chosen ones. It's a shame."
