"Wouldn’t want to give it a bad review. However, their bike repair department is really bad. My husband and I took his bike to get repaired and they said “yes we can fix it” we left the bike and picked it up a week later and paid $70. The bike did not work! They told us you have a 30 day guarantee and if it’s not fixed bring it back and we’ll fix it. So, we take the bike back and they said “a whole new wheel needs to be purchased. It will be cheaper to buy a new wheel then to repair the cassette” we tell them “okay that’s fine.” They told us “you won’t have to pay since we didn’t fix it the first time and you paid for it.” We’re like okay Great! Two weeks later, we get a call saying come pick up your bike it’s ready. We arrive and the bike is still not working. Then the guy says it’s $100 something and we’re like “No, the manager said we didn’t have to pay and plus why would we pay. We already paid $70 like 3 weeks ago and the bike still isn’t repaired” Basically we got ripped off. My husband and I took his bike to a local bike shop and the guy their is Excellent. He repaired the cassette and did maintenance for a really good price. Something that a REI said was more expensive then a whole new wheel. They don’t have experts in bike repair! Recommend then their located on Dixie and Forest Hill."

"Love this store, got all the items I wanted and a few I didn't even know I needed, lol. This store was, treated me like a friend they hadn't seen in a while. Great staff. I got a pair of hiking shoes that I LOVE. I never had to break them in! They are REI brand. Wore them to the store yesterday and found a GREAT looking hat with fall colors that look like maple leaves. Also got a nice set of knives for a Christmas present. Really great store, a little something for everyone and they will order anything. I also love that I am a lifetime member since I got the membership ages ago. And honestly, I cannot remember anyone ever being excited about the return of a pair of sneakers that just didn't quite fit. Loved them, just not quite wide enough. The hiking boots came in wide width and I have enough room for 2 pairs of socks! LOVE THAT. They even have this little mountain track so you can see what the shoes will feel like on an incline or downhill. Fantastic."
