"My wife and I went shopping at The Gardens Mall and visited the WHBM store. The first thing we received was a warm welcome and a nice smile. It was Miss Knicia, she helped us a lot, she brought my wife many beautiful blouses and dresses. She helped with the size, so happy with Knicia's kindness that we plan to return and do more shopping, she suggested that we call the store and tell them what we want and they would clothes for my wife for vacations or meetings or work clothes. We both thought it was fabulous and we will return to the store soon."

"On Friday night, the store was playing insanely loud dance music. The speaker was right by the rack of blouses I was browsing and blaring into my ear. Not sure if the store is having an identity crisis or if this is just bad management but you lost a sale from me because of it."

The clothing is always hung and folded in order of size and someone is always making sure that this is being maintained. The staff is always kind, friendly and helpful.
