"I bought a pair of Ecco shoes online 4 months ago, the stitching on top of the shoe failed. I called this store and told them what happened. The lady said I could return them at the store and gave me the hours. I drove up from Palm Beach and they said they could not accept damaged shoes. They costed $184. I will never buy them again."
