"I went in yesterday to have a look around and decided i wanted to make a purchase. there was about 3-4 workers and the floor none of which payed us any attention. we had to basically yell across the store to be acknowledged. once we decided on a pair, we went to the register. i wanted to know if i could exchange a pair of shoes and when the person checking us out went to go ask if i could do so, the im assuming manager got visibly upset. to which i said its okay ill still get the shoes. the female manager was very rude with a horrible attitude and proceeded to try and bicker back and forth with me so i left and went to nike instead i will not be shopping with champs anymore until management or staff has been revised. sucks when you’re having a great day and a worker at an establishment trys tu ruin that for you. I am very very disappointed champs!!!"

"The manager Dani harassed me she is not a good look for the company she is rude and disrespectful I would not recommend that store to anyone . She harass her own employees she talks to other employees about her employees just awful"

"I was ready to purchase a cool looking pair of shoes because they felt "fine." I told the salesperson about my past foot surgeries and problems, and instead of just selling me those shoes, he spoke honestly and made other recommendations for a foot with my issues. He advised that I could have issues based on my feet if I purchased those shoes. He was very knowledgable and kind. Wish I'd gotten his name but I'd love to go back when I have more time to find some other cool and comfy shoes!"
