"Worst customer service ever. we got the shoes yesterday, ıt was little bit thight and then we went to the store next day and the manager is super rude and disrespectful. He has a super ego so he did not assist us and changed the shoes!"

"I went to this store twice now and both times I had an unpleasant experience! The first time, there were barley any shoes in stock so I didn’t buy them. The second visit I bought a pair, despite the horrible attitude of the lady at the cash register because I really needed the shoes for work. Their selection is very limited, so I decided to look into the website of the seller and I found a shoe I loved and ordered it. The next morning, not even 24 hours after the In store purchase I was told that there is a „no return, only exchange“ policy. Nobody informed us of that prior to the purchase. If I had known I wouldn’t have bought from a store like that, especially because the website of the original seller has a 30 day return policy. Meanwhile people are still wondering, why online shopping becomes more popular by the day and people don’t wanna buy their clothing in the store anymore. When we kindly asked about a return, another lady that was working there had a condescending attitude as well and was being kinda snappy towards my husband. I recommend for anyone to only go into the store to get your shoe size, but make the actual purchase online. Working in retail myself it’s not understandable nor is it acceptable to treat customers like that. I won’t be returning to this location And I won’t give them anymore of my business. What a bad way to represent a brand."

"Purchase shoes from this store previously. Staff was nice and I have even purchase shoes from the owner. Purchased several shoes as gift for Christmas had to return a pair today and they stated it can only be an exchange. This was not communicated as time of purchase. They do have a sign located at the register that I neglected to read. Who owns a store these days that only does exchanges cannot get refund back especially during the holidays. I express to the workers that this is bad business. I have always gone there when we needed this type of sneaker. Today they have lost a customer, I will never walk into this store again."

"My husband purchased 2 pairs of shoes from here. One pair was a Mother’s Day gift. He was informed that the shoes could be returned if the color or size were incorrect. Come to find out that was a lie and they do not offer refunds. I went to exchange them for a different size and color and they did not have sizes available. I asked if they could order the correct size and they refused. I was forced to exchange the shoes for a pair I do not even like bc that was the only pair they had available in a womens size 8"
