"I personally went to unsubscribe. They told me that was it and they would stop charging my card. Not only did they continue to charge monthly but they wanted to charge me for an annual renewal. Since I complained about the card and canceled them, they sent me to the collection. If you like cockroaches this is your place. Run away from these freeloaders."

"Members beware. This gym will sign up new members without full disclosure. I did not realize that I was signed up with a 1 year contract when the manager Amber told me that it was month to month. It was only when I went to cancel my membership, that I found out that I was locked in. Once you sign up, the manager has little or no power to make changes to the membership status. I was asked to call their customer service which was based out of the country and was extremely poor quality. They also signed me for a recurring personal training charge without making me aware. I was able to stop this after the first month after a lot of hassle Besides the gym has limited machines and work out area. Buyer beware. YouFit is an extremely unscrupulous business and will extract everything they can from unaware and unsuspecting members. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE"

"Gym equipment is dated and not alot of amenities that most gyms have these days. No Sauna, no massage chairs. Tried canceling my membership and was told to my membership was canceled. Only to be charged another annual fee and 3 more months of monthly payments. Customer Service is almost non existent, the general manager scott was no help and gives you an email Address and refers all matters to corporate. In contacting corporate through email i was basically called a liar and that i didn't ask for a cancelation until i called about over charge.I have proof of calls through my phone bills, but they didn't even ask for them. Will steal your money i wouldn't recommend this gym to anyone."
