I bought slip resistant shoes the most uncomfortable shoes for work. My knee hurt and heavy stiff. They will not Except return shoes when you try them out. This ridiculous they should’ve told me."

"Great product but the associate named Charles was very rude and was not helping and definitely not welcoming. There were 2 other clients in the store and the female worker was the only one willing to help. He was just walking around and looking out window while she was organizing the shoes and was also the only one who asked if I needed help. I bought 2 pair and was made to feel like I was inconvenienced when I wanted to check out he mentioned a code 3 multiple times when I was in there. Not sure what that means but it wasn’t necessary. I have bought many pairs of Clark’s over the years. I also have been in retail management for over 24 years and would never have kept someone like him on my team."
