"The manager of this store has to be the RUDEST person I have ever come in contact with. From looking you up and down when you walk in without greeting you to making rude comments to you while shopping. The store is never open when it says it going to be and you can see the manager sandy in the store with the music blasting. I’m not sure if she can’t hear the music or she purposely has the music so loud that it makes you not want to shop in the store. I spend a lot of money in Francesca’s and will never return because of her. I can’t believe they allow to manage or even be an employee at the store with her horrible attitude and judgmental shelf. I will make sure to tell anyone I talk to stay away from that store because it’s not even worth your time."

"Manager is incredibly rude. Very much profiled me when I walked in. Just stood there and crossed her arms at me. Went to ask about a price to another worker and she just interrupted us and said the whole store was $10. Kinda glad there’s more Francesca’s around than this one."

"The manager at this location is very rude. No respect for customers, she did not greet or welcome us. I was with a friend and her daughter and because she had a child’s milkshake IN the cup holder of the stroller with her child occupied by a tablet she told us we could not be in her store and needed to leave. She said she doesn’t allow drinks in there. Mind you, this is the ONLY Francesca’s with that rule, and not to mention the drink was IN THE STROLLER, not even being used in the moment. She could’ve came off completely differently, but instead the attitude and her approach of the matter caused her to lose business from 3 customers."

"Absolutely RUDE and I am pretty sure she is the manager. I hadn’t walked 2 steps in and she said, “NO FOOD OR DRINKS” and pointed at my kids, so I took my baby’s snack away and she started crying. The manager pointed and told my kids to go eat at the picnic table, in such a RUDE WAY! Like, I understand you do not want a mess in your boutique but, she could have been WAY KINDER with her approach. I said, “well then we won’t be spending money here ,..” handed my kids their food back and walked out. Incredibly disappointed because, I had to buy a birthday gift. This is not the first time this woman has been rude, I know exactly who she is, she transferred from the Naples store. Older with blonde hair, complete RBF … no smile whatsoever. Disappointed to say the least, and I nevvvvvver write negative reviews."

"Older woman with white / blonde hair is incredibly rude.. I love Francesca’s and have been to this store and others many times and NEVER have been treated this way before. Instead greeting us she stared us down and yelled “no food or drinks, I just finished cleaning up someone else’s mess”and rolled her eyes at us. then threw my drink out and came back into the store only to be stared down by this same woman. She obviously does not appreciate her job and should not be working in customer service. I won’t be returning to this location because of her."
