New Balance

"A few hours ago my parents went into the store to purchase new shoes for my father. He mentioned he wanted mainly comfort but also non slip if possible. Three times the man insisted he needed the non slip work shoe and my father three times said I’m more concerned about comfort and those aren’t comfortable. The Man wouldn’t give up so my father decided to leave without making a purchase. The sales rep literally talked himself out of a sale."

"My salesman was rude to me...I asked about a New Balance slip resistant shoe. The one they had was a 626. I asked if he had a higher number shoe or if knows of another NB slip resistant shoe. He said he did not know..I wear men's shoes because thier fit is better on me.I was in the men's department when he approached me. I asked if he had other non slip shoes, he said yes and took me to the women's dept. I said oh I do not wear women's sneakers.He syied and said whatever!!! Like I was bothering him .I turned around and walked right out. It was not a good feeling...Before he passed judgement on me, because that is how I felt...he should have looked at the shoes I was wearing. I wearing$200.00 Naots...shame on him"
