"Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced I went into the store looked at the clearance rack there was a pair of Jordans on the clearance rack for 75 dollars they were their legacy I grabbed the shoes they only had one pair of my size I go up to the cash register to pay for the shoes and the shoes ring up $100 instead of 75 they proceeded to tell me that the system had taken the sale off but the shoes were sitting on the clearance rack with a tag on there that lowered the price from $130 down to $75 they did not honor the price customer service number rang for an hour and a half straight I emailed them and yet to hear back I would never suggest anybody to spend their money there the customer service is horrible and obviously corporate does not get back to you in an adequate time frame nor did anybody answer the phone the hour and a half that I was on hold"

"Need better workers so slow and there’s barley people here takes 10 mins to bring out ONE shoe . FIRE his ah and after he gave me the wrong shoe and I left."

"Great store they have an amazing variety of shoes only issue is the employees they all have an attitude and don't wanna do their jobs if it's not them having an issue walking 10 feet to the back to find a shoe it's them talking behind ur back like customers don't have ears like be more professional at ur job. LOCATION SHOULD HAVE STAYED A FINISH LINE."

"Manager was useless. The employee I dealt with was cool and helpful but when I spoke with them on the phone they stated they were doing a raffle, got there after a 45 minute drive and was told by the manager if the raffle bin isn’t up I don’t know what to tell you. Didn’t help me anymore and walked away."
