"Amazing customer service. They didn’t have an alternator with the proper pulley in stock. They went out of their way to find a compatible alternator with the wrong pulley and then swap the pulley off my old alternator on the spot. Could not speak higher of the staff here. A++++"

"LGBTQ friengly...im a transgender female and I have had repeated bad experiences with the store in lake Wales. I was never planning to use O'Reilly again. But I had a starter that was under warranty so I came to thus store in frostproof to swap it out. On Tues at approx. 10:00am a lady helped me and I unfortunately didn't get her name for this review,....but she was so spectacular with my pronouns and so helpful that I will continue to use "THIS" store in the future. She made O'Reilly's look good again. It's amazing how terrible the lake Wales store is and how good this employee made this store look.... night and day experience"
