"Very poor customer service. I arrived the day of the lorcana wave 2 release and was told the trove was 79.99 and 2 customers before me purchased them at that price without a pre-order. Then when I went to check out the price jumped to 99.99. The cashier got his manager over to adjust it and I was told they would adjust it to 79.99 then she called her boss on the phone. After confirmed I wasn't a regular was told I'd have to buy it at 99.99. The original cashier couldn't even make eye contact with me. Then the manager gaslit me into thinking it had nothing to do with me not being a regular. But then why ask? I'll never be back. That pricing is 100%markup"

"I went into there place of business hoping to sell some 1980s comics that had been left to me by my uncle who had recently passed away. When I asked if they bought comics that were of significant value there response was yes. Now I'm no expert or even a novice regarding such matters however I had done some research online about how prices are determined and what the comics I currently possessed would be worth given their current condition. After speaking with there employees I was told that the best they could offer me was approximately 2-4% of what, given there condition and certificate value was after my own evaluation from several reputable online establishments online.
