AMC Orange Park 24

"This is the filthiest theater I've ever been to. They are understaffed as there were only 2 people cleaning all 24 theaters that night. I had to go ask for someone to clean the one we were in as they completely missed it after the previous showing. The young lady thanked me for bringing it to their attention. She and the other employee had to do a rush job as the customers started coming in. There was popcorn, drinks, containers, and paper all over the seats and floors. A lot of seats were still extended from the previous customers, not returning them upright. The concession stand "ran out of popcorn."And to add insult to injury, some people started arguing during the movie, causing a distraction and prompting other movie goers to start yelling back and forth for them to grow up and be quiet."

"This AMC is located in the Orange Park Mall, which is both fun and an issue. Teens tend to be loud and wandering in and out of theaters the last two times I visited. It takes away from the movie-going experience. The other challenge is it always takes an average of 20 minutes to get concessions due to long lines."

"Our app. for the movie was giving us a problem but the gentleman @ the front hub helped us weed through its issues & finally we were on our way to see the film. The theater was neat & tidy& the relaxing chairs were great. The restrooms were okay but some things needed attention. All in all, a nice rainy day turned out well to go out & see a movie & enjoy ourselves."

"We love this theater, but they definitely have. Let it go downhill a bit and it definitely shows. a lot of the employees do not take pride in their work that I have noticed personally but the experience itself. Is usually always good."

"We've been here 2 weeks in a roh and it was pretty decent. The only problem is some of the younger people need more training when it comes to the concession stand. One dude left me on the register and went to hide until his coworker rung me up and he told me the welchers came with the kids box. I was about to be charge extra for gummies he said came with the box. The floors were dirty by the condiments but other than that the movie theater itself was awesome. Chairs were pretty comfym.We went to see little mermaid, spiderman, and transformer. They are the must see movies."
