"Buyer beware!!! Terrible experience for my little girl. Saved her money to buy something at learning express. Opened the item and did not like it. Manager stated that since it was open no return. Sad for my daughter to have the courage to return something that she did not like and receive terrible customer service. This is not a customer friendly environment!! Disappointed that this is a kids shop!!"

"The very first time I shopped at this toy store, my son picked out his toy, a box set of Pokémon cards, and we proceeded to the register. The cashier informed me that the price tag on the box was incorrect. I double-checked the price tag with the item name, and they matched. So I asked if they were sure it was wrong. They insisted that it was incorrect and that the price tag must be replaced to reflect the accurate price. This was an almost 50% price difference. I called the store owner the next day, and this is where I became disappointed. The owner argued that there was no way she’d sell that box set for the price shown on the original sticker price and that she was disappointed in me that I’d even attempt to have the actual sticker price honored. I couldn’t believe that, for a single box, I’d be spoken to in such a rude manner. I won’t be shopping there again and would caution anyone to verify their purchase price because they can swap out prices at will. Their store, their rules, I guess."

"I really love it ❤️ lots of toys for everyone the staff was so kind by welcoming my children in and the store is very clean only complain is there were these lizards in water and some looked dead and I really wish there were more stores in Miami though this is 29 minutes away from my house it's really worth it. It's a great area as well. Also some things are very pricey but I really recommend this store for all ages!"
