When walking in we were not welcomed at all, employees saw us and just went back to looking to their phones no type of customer service. When looking at some shoes everything was unorganized all type of sizes where everywhere, no type of guidance throughout the store nor through staff. Was excited at first to have found a sneaker store but this establishment does not deserve to have customers with the poor customer service."

They quite literally treat you like royalty. They even have crazy big kings chairs to sit in to try something on! It’s insane! To the owner of this company. These 2 should be your top 2 people in any store you have. You should be very very afraid the day you loose them, because it’s now harder than ever to find someone to come into work let alone care about your stores and have passion about your things like you do."
