"Not happy at all. , I ordered online as gift for my husband and when I received the ball there were some defects that I wasn't happy with. And customer service says that's it's fine it will smooth out. Which is not a proper response, I paid for 365 warranty and drilling warranty so why can they not exchange it . Worst part there's 2 gaps/wholes that my finger nail can go inside ... It's deep. Do not recommend . Carefully inspect the equipment that u get . Now they sent me a new ball , and it's in same shape. Not happy with it still."
"Very reputable company to do business with. Shoes for left handed bowler were accidentally shipped. A prepaid return label was promptly sent to me and they sent the correct shoes that day as well. Also prompt and courteous communication."

"On March 15th, I ordered 2 bowling gloves. They charged my credit card the next day, March 16th. The order was filled quickly except for one problem; they only sent one glove. I have contacted them twice so far. (This is my third attempt) . All I want is either A) the other glove I ordered, B) a refund of $24.95, half of the $49.90 they charged me, or at the very least C) some kind of explanation as to why they have failed to contact me.
