"I mainly use parks to walk this rascal dog I have. He's young yet and cares nothing for walking on a designated path. Colonial Oaks has a good sized space that is open, grassy, and has brush that he can sniff around. I've never found it crowded. Nice and peaceful and ready to be explored by a dog!"
"This is a great park with a ton of amenities and all a family could ask for from a park. They have basketball and tennis courts, good playground that is fenced in and shady, pavilions, indoor restrooms, great parking, and a ton of open field. The only reason I gave it a 4 star is if you are hosting a birthday party you will have to lug all of your items about 100-200 yards to the pavilion as the staff WILL NOT unlock the gate for unloading. I been here for several times for parties and its a comment made by every parent at every party every time. Hopefully they will change this someday."
