"They cherry pick students with very limited information. They asked me for information regarding my daughter before they would schedule a tour for us to see the school, and I was told that we would either be invited in for a tour or referred to another school. All we received a week later was an email stating that they felt my daughter was not a good fit and best of luck. Never took the time to meet any of us or my child, and never did what they said with providing a referral. Plenty of other schools, so their loss. Hopefully, this will save you from time wasted."

"There is no doubt SOSA is an excellent school with excellent certified teachers who genuinely care about their students success. I was a teacher at this school a few years ago and personally experienced the hard work and dedication from the staff. If your child is underserved and in need of a new way of learning (multisensory), give them a call. They will go that extra mile for your child. They also offer tutoring after school through The Reading Station. You won't be disappointed."

"This is our second year at Sea of Strengths Academy, and we have seen considerable academic improvement. Our son has more confidence and has come out of his shell socially. He participates in classroom activities, and no longer hides to keep from being called on in class. The teacher's are wonderful and gifted. They understand that each child learns in a unique way. The school has done a great job putting together a program to help children learn to read and do math, and feel good about what they have accomplished."

"Our son has severe dyslexia and great difficulties with mathematics. In kindergarten he was unable to say or write the alphabet. He couldn't count or write his numbers one through ten.
