"This company has horrible customer service. Don't order from there website! I placed an order on Dec 18 and paid for 1-3 day priority. Here i am day 4 and my bs tracking number says the label is created but ups doesn't have the items. So they cant blame ups. Over the past 3 days I've emailed 3 times left 3 voicemails and tried there chat feature with no response. I can understand the Christmas season and some delays but I can't understand not talking to your customers to give them a sense of relief about the delay. Update* Dec 26th - My package arrived today. So that's 7 days after my order, and still no response from the company. They still get 1 star. There shirts maybe nice quality, but there customer service is BS. I still DON'T recommend ordering from them until they get better customer service. Maybe is I get a response from someone ill change me rating."
