"Awful experience went there after 2 weeks of ordering my scrub, never called me and did not apologize just said it could take longer than 2 weeks which I was not told when I ordered it. Decided to forget about and purchase something at the store I believe it was the owner I have never been treated so awful by an owner so not too sure she is. She was rude and lost her patient raised her voice at me and said her explanation was common sense in front of other customers. I felt umbarrased I ended up apologizing even thou I wasn’t the one being loud and saying unkind words but I figured maybe she was just having a bad day and I should be the better person. However I would never shop there again or recommend this place."

"I just left from Medwear with three beautiful scrub sets!!!!! I walked in thinking I was just going to look because I am so indecisive and get so overwhelmed with purchases. Val was truly amazing! One I told her what I like and what I was looking for she knew exactly what to pull; it was so easy! I don’t think I’ve ever enjoyed my experience shopping for scrubs in the last 10 years of practicing; I will definitely be coming back to this store for sure! I love that you are able to try on at the store too, I was different sizes for different brands and styles so it’s so important to make sure your happy with your buy, totally worth every penny i spent here! "I went in today in search for a specific scrub and I walked out empty handed. Still, this place deserves a 5 star review. Mari’s customer service was unmatched. Every time I was displeased with the selection, she came back with another option. She went above and beyond to help me and was not offended or discouraged when I walked out empty handed. In fact, she gave me a suggestion on where I could find my scrub set. I recommend everyone to go here. I was not lucky here but that was due to no fault of my own. I was looking for the old school Cherokee Originals which are pretty much obsolete nowadays. Definitely a wide selection and attentive staff."
