"My husband and I visited twice during our time in the area. The mango gelato was my favorite! We also tried the peanut butter brownie and strawberry cheesecake gelato, both were delicious! On our second visit I had a bubble waffle with raspberries and white chocolate chips topped with strawberry gelato. It was heaven on a plate!! The place was very clean and the staff was super friendly."

"I have not been to this place physically, as I am living in the opposite side of the country (Oregon), but this place has went above and beyond even for me, who isn’t there physically and ordered through delivery, that I had to write a review because they deserve it so much. A friend that I’ve known since middle school (we 22 now, on towards 23 this year) has just moved to Florida this year for nursing school and she’s been feeling on the downside of emotions due to being in a new environment and away from all her friends, who we all are still in the Portland area. Wanting to cheer her up, I decided on ordering a DoorDash delivery of a dessert to her. This place caught my eye in how they presented their desserts, so I decided to order from here. In the special instructions, I asked them to draw hearts on the box that will contain the dessert so that I can cheer my friend up. Not only did they draw hearts, but they added cute sprinkles to the dessert and added a bracelet, lollipop, and a stamp card that was filled! It really impressed me and I was more than happy to have chosen this place as the option to deliver something to my friend. When I come to Tampa to visit my friend in the summer, I’d definitely go here in person and support them, and I think that anyone who loves cute desserts and wants to support a business where the people care about their customers, no matter where their customers are from, then this is definitely the business to go to. "Wow!!!!!! Found this gem yesterday and I was honestly so happy I did!!!! They have been open for about a year and I definitely have been missing out on this awesome dessert spot! They have awesome gelato flavors and they also have crepes, bubble waffles, gelato icees, waffles, waffle platters, coffees, affogatos, gelato shakes, frappe, among other desserts such as cakes, cheesecakes, and baklava. Wow! They definitely take waffles to a whole new level where you can choose a delicious combo made for you or you can create your own waffle dessert. They did an amazing job in turning waffles and crepes into desserts that truly leave you wanting more! I had the Tuxedo which was a bubble waffle that had white chocolate sauce, nutella, chocolate sauce, white chips, oreos, and gelato and it was absolutely a true delight with the first bite!!! I love anything passion fruit, and they have a passion fruit gelato that I truly enjoyed and was blown away with. If you are looking for a unique, local dessert spot to experience, I definitely would recommend Hello Sweetness hands down anytime!!! They also provide fundraising opportunities for schools! You walk in and you feel like family! Honestly, a local gem to come check out!"

"Sweet heaven of sugary goodness. The employee was nice and friendly. She offered a taste of whatever gelato I wanted to try. There's tons of different ways to mix your concoction - you feel like a kid again lol. Your kids will love it as well. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because they did not have waffle cones, which is why I went there in the first place. Not sure if they ran out or just stopped making it at a certain time. I ended up having a bubble waffle in the end and then I went wild (see picture). I'd still go again."

"Lovely spot! Super clean and has such a cute aesthetic!! The menu is easy and I love the suggested mixes of toppings they have. I will definitely visit again! There is barely any wait. The bubble waffle was something I'd never had before so it was a fun experience!"
