Reviews
"Beautiful lakeside park with hike/bike trails and a Saturday morning makers and farmers market. Bandshell was in use this morning with a local steel drum and vocals group. Restrooms everywhere. Shuffleboard courts, but using them is difficult as you must go to city hall to pick up the equipment and have an employee come out to unlock the fenced facility. Several nice picnic spots with tables. Large children's playground too."
"Nice park with a super cute playground. Waterview. Great restaurants nearby! The Train Station at the park has mini duckpin bowling and board games."
"Really nice play ground for grand kids. Very pretty gazebo over the water"
"Beautiful walking paths. Clean restrooms. A giant green space. Safe, enclosed playground. A beautiful gazebo. There's also the depot gathering spot (and The Depot pub). There's the water typer all lit up. There's the memorial with the flags and make. This is just a really well planned space with the Withlacoochee Trail passing right through it. A green waterside path and a paved path both connect you to another park with parkour course and some picnic tables as well as sand volleyball courts. Both parks and Trail have the green posts with doggy "business" bags and a place for disposing of their business. Dogs on leashes are welcome on the trails and paths and green space."
"My granddaughter, McKenna, loves going to Liberty Park. We go a lot. She looks forward to making new friends every time we go and I enjoy becoming a kid hanging out with her. Truly a wonderful place to bring your children."
