"Every seat is stained and there's about 2 or 3 ripped seats in every row. This would be a good 5 dollar movie... if they can't update the theater, then don't update the prices. Go back to 5 dollar tickets that's what it's worth. I won't be back ."

"This theatre desperately needs improvements, but we still support them. However, it's getting harder to support them, and keep coming back, with so many issues! They rarely get any "new" movies geared towards adults/middle aged folks; they seem to show more kids movies than anything. The theatres are old school seating and huge, which is fine, but it really needs a deep cleaning. This last visit was pretty gross, with many rows of seats having caked up grime/soda clearly visible on the backs of seats, and hand rest areas. Some of the arcade games take quarters, but some take "tokens" you have to buy from an old machine by the door - clearly this was confusing, which lead to several dollars in quarters being eaten by the "tokens only" machines that were not marked in a way that was easily visible. They have a self-serve ticket kiosk at the door, but it said "card read error" for three different cards I tried - the only option is to slide, no chip. An associate rang us up at the snack bar, after sliding my card aggressively up and down the strip of the card machine to get it to work. All of the employees are polite, friendly, and helpful - but they agree that this place needs HELP. This is the only theatre left in this area, without having to drive to Ocala or Spring Hill. The owners should invest some effort into this place. I can live with all the old-school issues, if they simply played better movies."

"came to see a movie at 3pm today. I write this as I sit and freeze my behind off. Temp set at 65 (its 55 outside) and the AC is still blowing. I spoke to RAMON at the snack bar about moving the AC to 70, as only 2 people, including myself were in the theater. Ramon simply said sorry for my luck he was not changing it. go get my jacket. I explained I paid 50.00 to go to my car and get a coat n hoodie to be semi comfortable. THATS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and he should be retrained or replaced. Its amazing how places like this stay open. They wonder why streaming has taken over. Furthermore the theater is old school. Seats are very tight, arm rest is fixed and not movable. Popcorn was good. I will never return here again.....neither should you. I have contacted corporate for a refund. Ill update after I hear back"

"I enjoyed going to the movies since I haven't been to one in ages. There are regular movie seats but don't expect recliners. It was okay, not crowded. It seemed clean enough and the staff were friendly."

"Good theater with big auditoriums, so it’s easy to get a good seat where no one’s sitting in front of you. If you go more then once a month, get the unlimited. Picture quality & sound is good. The old seats are fine. I’ve been to Regals with recliners, & they’re all broken & falling apart. These old seats have held up well. Wish y’all kept the Crystal River one. That was always my pit stop after Rural King. But I know the mall failed & they wanted to tear it down. Somehow the Rural King was able to stay. But they did purchase that building from Sears, so the developers couldn’t touch it."
