"Store is huge and has a lot of cool stuff. It is pricey for a thrift store but they have tons of deals everyday on colored tags. Huge selection of shoes, tons of name brand. I will say CHECK ANY VIDEO GAMES, CD OR DVDS you buy. Bought a few CDs and usually I check but they had price sticker over the seal. Took the chance and when I got home most of them were empty. You'd think they'd check the things they put out so people don't get ripped off. It's cash only which is kind of a bummer and even with signage easy to miss. First time there I walked in shopped for about an hour and on my way to checkout finally saw the very plain sign that blends in with the walls "cash only". Had to leave my cart. Overall it's okay and you can find some cool stuff and get good deals just make sure you check everything and bring cash lol"
"I generally try to leave positive reviews for places, but this is probably the most disappointing thrift store I’ve ever been to. The main three reasons are: 1. The Prices. I know they have rotating discounts based on tag color, but that aside, the prices are already on par or worse with other resellers online, like eBay or Mercari. Other times I’ve seen prices on items terribly inflated way beyond any reasonable expectation. (If you are looking for thrift stores where you can flip items for a profit, this is not the place). 2. Clothing Lay Out. This is probably dumb and just me, but when I’m looking to buy clothes while thrifting, I’d like to be able to find the items within my size. Not here. Clothing items are sorted by type and color. So if you’re looking for something that’s a specific size, then good luck. You’ll need to sift through all of the items like an old timey prospector looking for gold. 3. Fitting rooms. There are none. So, when you do finally find something that should fit… you can’t check. And since all sales are final, if you get home and something doesn’t fit, well, sucks to be you. I’ve read other reviews and I’ve not had to interact with any staff, so I can’t speak to that part of the experience nor the Cash Only aspect. I’d guess part of the reason they’re Cash Only is to avoid interchange expenses and/or chargebacks. Others seem to love this place, and that’s fine, but for the reasons listed above, it’s clearly not for me."
"I bought a supposed 14k yellow gold earrings on agost 18 /23. When I arrived home I was looking the inscription of the gold but didn’t have any. I went to jewelry store and they told me it wasn’t gold. Today I come back to there to buy something, and I told the manager my experience, he asked me for the earrings, I showed to him and he told me in front everybody that that wasn’t the earrings that I bought there. He said that without any respect even when I have my recipe. I asked to see the cameras of that day because when I bought it, the cashier have in the counter and it was easy to see it. But instead, he and a young Cuban cashier begun to insulting me in from everyone. To be a manager people has to have the ability to manage customer conflicts with discretion and with courtesy. And not let employees insult customers the way I was treated. I ask the district manager of this stores to please see the videos of the day and today, to realize the way that this manager treated people and let his employees yelled and insult customers."
"This location is the only one I have visited and have made three trips so far. It is a very large thrift store with convenient parking and lots of carts. It seems to be constantly restocked throughout the day and employees observed constantly straightening up so is organized. It did take hours for my first trip but now I know the general location of items can do a quicker run through. The clothing racks are organized by type and color NOT size but I like to shop my color. Some of the prices are up to half retail on designer names ($50. on dresses that sell for $130) but have uncovered a few bargains, simple tops, etc are typically 2.99 for reference.quite a mixture. I did look at a couple designer bags but could tell they were fakes so be warned. The workers told me it is all donations that they sell. I have found many preloved home items 10 percent of retail and will keep coming back. The downside for me is the floor staff speaks only Spanish or at least tell me that and I guess my Spanish is bad enough they don't understand me. Be aware there are color tags each day that are 50 percent off across the store and easiest way to view that is the two tv monitors on opposite side of the store. It is cash only and have not used the atm so not sure what the atm fees are . I like the store for its size and variety and leave the things I think priced too high. If you are a thrift store fan or looking to unearth a bargain its worth the trip."
"This place is a joke. This is the thrift store from the 90s you didn’t want anyone seeing you shop in, except with 2030 inflation prices. Cash only (not hard to guess what’s going on here). Big yes but with little of worth. Everything is SUPER expensive. You’ll be spending more than going to Ross or Burlington. Not dirty but gloom looking. Looks like the floor from the old hunted house except with more garbage. They could have done with a paint job. Very depressing inside. Bought a few books (they range from $2-10 for books). They’re also not organized. You have cookbooks, kids books, and adult books all shoved into the shelf’s. Clothes are $7 and up. A hat costs $10. They wanted $45 for a used area rug that someone probably threw body liquids on."
