"The store is always well stocked and clean, as well as organized. This makes it easy to locate the brand or the type of footwear you want to purchase. I prefer ASICS brand, since this brand has wide widths for slender feet. I have frequented this store since they have been in this plaza. The rewards program is great and the specials are awesome. The store has many brands for all your athletic needs. Highly recommend this store."

"9.5/10 Always good customer service and understanding. We bought 2 pairs of snickers here for my son and 1 pair never worn ended up just sitting in his closet. He outgrew them and I decided to try to return them for in store credit if possible. Even the time was well out return period and I didn't save a receipt so wasn't expecting anything, just a try. To my good surprise Shoe Carnival refunded me the full amount back to credit card I used to pay for. My son also needed a new pair of shoes so we ended up buying one during that visit. On my grade scale I removed 0.5 points because we would love to see more variety of wide, extra wide shoe sizes for boys."
