"I would be remiss if I didn't post a review. About 5 to 4 months ago I remember visiting this Dunkin' and being disappointed. However, over the last month, the team has turned it around. New owner, new managers, new team, I am not sure. However, I will say they are doing a great job. The lobby is clean and inviting, drive thru moves quickly, and they greet with you a smile and wonderful attitude. I can imagine that this is thankless job, yet managers or owners what ever you are doing you are helping your team feel "seen" and it shows! Team members at Dunkin, you are doing awesome!"
"I ordered a coffee today (first time I have been to this establishment) and drove to work where I removed the lid after drinking most of it. I took another sip and noticed something in the bottom of the cup (See pics). This is the first review I have ever posted in my life, but I had to share this disgusting experience. I will be contacting the owner/manager of the store today. Not looking for retribution of any manner, just an awareness that they need to review their processes (for instance when grabbing a coffee cup it should probably be checked for insects, or when pouring coffee, make sure no bugs have flown into it)."
