"I have never had a worse experience from any online seller in my life. I bought a shirt from Stupindous Creations through their website. I am in Toronto, Canada. I paid $25US. Nothing came. I waited a long time, assuming it was either Covid related or due to shipping to Canada. I contacted them again and they said the issue was that I needed to add $10US for shipping. (which they never mentioned initially) I did that promptly as I really liked and wanted this shirt. And.....nothing. I've contacted them numerous times. The first few times they said they'd send it. Nothing. I've now contacted them many many times and they do not respond. This is the worst service I've ever experienced and I order many t-shirts on line. I have all the receipts from my purchases which I have shown them and they continue to ignore me. At one point, they said, ok we'll just refund you. They didn't do that either. I just want my Divided Sky shirt that I ordered and paid and waited for. Do not buy from this seller. They have an Etsy page as well. I wish I now had ordered through Etsy as I could complain there and at least get a chance at my money back. Just awful"
