"I came in to return a bathing suit. I did not have the original bag as we moved to a new home recently. When I walked in the sales lady said "what do we have here," rather rudely. I felt like she didn't think of me as a lady, maybe because I just walked in with the bathing suit in with my hands? I am not sure. The suit had been sitting on tissue paper in my car for no more time then what it took for me to arrive there. I have purchased three suits from this store over the past three months. Customer or not, I didn't feel like that was the way to be greeted. The suit was in perfect condition. I had tried it on at home but it didn't fit right. I had also purchased another $128 suit on the same day as the suit I was returning, which fit perfectly. She repeated to me that they needed a receipt to exchange, leaning over the counter looking so annoyed. I asked if I might have an electronic receipt in my email from the day I purchased but she cut me off quickly saying that wouldn't be the case. I understood and said I'd go home and try and find the receipt as we had just moved but I was pretty sure that I might be able to find it. I was upset she kept being so rude and didn't mind leaving. As I was about to leave that's when she finally said "well we do have this same suit here," and then said I could get store credit. That was fine for me because I love the Everything But Water brand and I plan on buying more suits and coverups. Overall, I didn't feel welcome in the store and was put off by her. I am glad I didn't have to drive home and come back again. But I should not have been treated that way."
