"I go here quite often and it's always good food and the people are very nice, but I was a bit frustrated because I went through the drive-thru and they left out half of my order, they also forgot to give me my drink but I caught that before I left and was able to get it. When I called to ask about a refund on the missing item they couldn't do anything because they never gave me a receipt at the window. Frustrating."
"I usually love Panera and the employees were super sweet last night. Although, this morning it was not sweet for me. I got the chicken noodle soup and woke up with really bad food poisoning. I’ve been throwing up all morning. Chunks of the soup in it but there was pieces of plastic too. This is not what I was expecting. Panera if you see this please check your soups.. so someone else doesn’t have to feel this."
