"I walked in…the door was propped wide open. The employee said “Sorry, we’re closed.” I asked “what time do you close?” She said “9-9”. I walked out scratching my head…checked my watch…it was 8:45 pm. There’s nothing to do here after dark…doesn’t help when stores turn away customers before they close. I knew what I was looking for and wouldn’t have taken more than five minutes."

"Bought a Salt Life cap at the Seacrest Beach store on the way to the airport last week. When I got home I discovered they didn’t remove the security device which is imposed to remove without destroying the cap. I’ve tried to reach someone there all week and get a fast busy signal. Called their main number and left messages Zero returned call. DO NOT purchase anything from this store. They hide behind technology and will not talk to you. They absolutely SUCK! -500 stars"

"Horrible service! I brought in a sweatshirt to exchange and they did not have the right size. The lady very nicely looked up my receipt and told me I could take it to their new store and exchange. She told me she would call and let them know I was on my way. When I got to the new store, the man lied and told me he did not have a working phone in the store. I then called the store number, and his cell phone rang. He was very rude and would not let me exchange the sweatshirt even though the lady looked up my transaction."

"I always will remember friendly staff that are operating this Maui Waves store every summer. Top brands for flip flops. My original flip flips from this store still work 5 yrs later. I was happy to find an identical pair for backup. The Seacrest logo apperal offered here feels and wears great, also of better quality. Lots oforiginallooking desgins and styles. The t-shirts look like ones I have experiance with that can last 15plus years I am happy with the name brand products purchased from here too. This is my goto store for original looking keychains and beachy things for home, gifts and beachwear. This store represents Seacrest Beach. free the turtles :)"
